      There is no minimum order required, but there is a delivery flat rate charge of £2.50 with all orders, it doesn’t matter how small your order is, there will still be a £2.50 charge.

      No, all orders are made online. However, if you’re having problems placing your order you will be able to contact our customer service and we will be happy to help out.

      When submitting an order over the internet orders can be placed up until midnight for next day delivery.

      You will be able to choose a delivery time and date that suits you at the checkout. You will have a choice of delivery slots and your order will be delivered in our refrigerated vans on the day and time you choose.

      We delivery in most areas in Northern Ireland, they will be a £2.50 flat rate charge with all orders. Please enter your postcode in the postcode checker to see if we deliver in your area and if we are not delivering as yet please leave your details and we will email you as soon as we do.

      We deliver Monday to Saturday close on Sunday, you will be able to choose a delivery time and date that suits you at the checkout. You will have a choice of delivery slots and your order will be delivered in our refrigerated vans on the day and time you choose.

      The start best before date on all our food is dependant upon storage at -18C or below. As a general guide, the time you can keep our food will depend on the star rating of your freezer.
      1 star = 1 month
      2 star = 2 month
      3 star = 3 month and so on.
