INGREDIENTS
  • 1kg of ground turkey meat

  • 1/4 Cup of breadcrumbs

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 Egg whites lightly beaten

  • 1/4 Cup of parsley

  • 1 garlic clove mixed

  • 1 tpls of salt

  • 1/4 tpls of black pepper

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 10 patties.

  • Cook the turkey burgers in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
