      once you have been working at 4 Good Food for a year you will automatically qualify for a share of our profits, this will be paid annually.

      • You will automatically qualified for a 5% share of profits after a year.

      Birthday off

      In addition to your paid annual leave entitlement, you can also take either your birthday or the day after your birthday as paid leave. If your birthday falls at the weekend, you can take the next working day off.

      • Enjoy an extra day off on your birthday.

      • No need to worry it will not be deducted from your annual leave.

      • If your birthday happens to be on a weekend it’s okay you will still get the next working day of.
