They aren’t always cheap to uphold but that’s why we are the best in what we do. We only work with suppliers who share our high standards regarding provenance and sustainability. If we are not 100% happy we look elsewhere only the best will do!

      We check all our ingredients the same way as you would at home. No ingredient enters the premises unless we are 100% happy if you don’t believe us ask our local suppliers we are very fussy.
