INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • Half of lemon

  • 3 clove garlic, sliced
  • 2 x 150g sea bass fillets ( use 4 Good Food sea bass fillets )
  • Salt & black pepper

  • 4 tbsp of butter

  • 1/2 cup of white wine

  • 2 bunches of parsley

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat pan to 375°. Chop up the garlic into slices and gentle fry for 8 minutes

  • Place your sea bass fillets into a baking tray and spread the butter over the top of the sea bass fillet. Then add your salt & pepper to your fillet, season to your own taste. Place the garlic slices on top of the sea bass filets after adding the seasonal ingredients.

  • Meanwhile, heat oven to 180 (350F) pour the white wine over the fillets and place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

  • To serve: Plate sea bass with the white wine garlic & butter sauce and top with the parley mixture and fresh lemon juice.
