INGREDIENTS
  • 100 ml orange juice

  • 110 grams muscovado sugar

  • 260 grams cranberries Frozen

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Put the sugar and orange juice into a pan then bring to the boil. Stir in the cranberries, then simmer until tender this will take about 6 minutes if using frozen cranberries 10 minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools will keep in the fridge for 1 week.
