INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk

  • 1 cup of dairy free milk

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • 1/2 tbsp of xanthan gum

  • 1/4 tbsp of salt

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on high until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes. Let the mixture chill for 3 to 4 hours.

  • Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until ready to enjoy.

  • When serving, if ice cream is frozen rock hard, let it thaw for 15 minutes before scooping.
